Only 4 out of every 1 million Africans seriously consider an MBA, and even less ultimately enroll in an MBA program. Beyond the African borders, African representation in MBA programs is lower than any other continent, contributing to a lack of awareness of opportunities within Africa among the world’s future business leaders.

Funding is a deciding factor and ultimate barrier for many Africans considering the MBA.

ALB aims to change the landscape of International MBA programs by creating opportunities for African students to undertake the MBA, become leaders on the continent, and foster relationships worldwide.
