The ALB Team: bringing together a wealth of experience from many industries around the world.
ALB began when four classmates from 3 continents met while studying for an International MBA. Out of over 200 students, just one came from Africa. In typical MBA fashion, they started asking questions and doing research, and from there, the Foundation for African Leadership in Business was born.
Suzanne combines her unique experience in marketing, business growth, government and higher education to create value for corporations, governments and society at large.
She currently manages the strategic services program for the New Zealand Government in North America. In this role, she works closely with expanding companies on their strategy, beginning with problem structuring and identifying industry experts to provide strategic advice.
She brings her understanding of higher education, social media marketing, and business development to ALB, and has contributed to ALB’s success in partnering with top-tier business schools and leading, multi-national corporations.
She is also on the board of the National Association of Women MBAs, Los Angeles Chapter and is a Founding Member of The HUB, a social impact accelerator in Los Angeles.
Before founding ALB and undertaking her role with New Zealand, Suzanne worked in international higher education for Arcadia University, a leader in the field. In her role within the Center for Global Studies, Suzanne managed a portfolio of over 20 international universities with revenue of over $9 million. Prior to Arcadia, she managed marketing and advertising campaigns for consumer product and retail brands including Yves Rocher, A Pea in the Pod and Destination Maternity.
Suzanne graduated cum laude from Iowa State University and holds an International MBA degree from IE Business School.
Initially trained as a scientist with engineering DNA, Todd is constantly inquiring how and why things work. Todd is passionate about teaching and is a member of the adjunct faculty at IE Business School in Madrid. He is also the founder and Chief Change Agent of Catalytic, a marketing and strategy lab based in Boston, MA. Todd holds a bachelors degree in biology from Merrimack College, an MBA From IE Business School and a certificate in Marketing Design from Sessions College.

Henry holds an International MBA degree from IE Business School and has worked in a variety of industries in Nigeria, including environmental consulting, shipping, banking, consumer marketing and brand management. He is the co-founder of MBA Support Services.

With an extensive background in higher education, communications and nonprofit project management,
Brandyn Campbell is a successful freelance writer and digital content specialist. She has implemented effective branding and social media strategies for two blogs that she created and manages and contributes to several other online publications in the Philadelphia area and nationally.
Manager, Scholarships and Outreach
Erin has more than five years experience working to support international educational opportunities for students at the graduate and undergraduate levels at The College of Global Studies at Arcadia University. Her understanding of the challenges facing students has allowed her to help them successfully navigate their international experience. With this background, Erin has helped develop and launch systems designed to increase opportunities for student mobility.
Marino graduated with a degree in Business from LUISS in Rome, and has recently completed the International MBA program at IE Business School. He has worked for P&G, Accenture and McKinsey and Company. Marino is also the founder of the renewable energy consulting company Renova Power, and served as the Executive Director for the start-up uSport S.r.l. He is also founder of SunShare Renewable Energy, LTD a start-up aiming to build solar power plants in Italy.
Fabio Pisi Vitagliano
Fabio graduated cum laude in Mechanical Engineering (specialization in Energy) and has obtained his International MBA through IE Business School. He has worked at Riverstone, an investment fund, focusing on projects in renewable energy. Furthermore he spent seven years working for Accenture serving Italian, French and German clients and he was recently certified as instructor of Courses of Leadership, teaching courses both in Italy and in the USA.
